Moriarty's Head of Business Operations

Zoë grew up in West Sussex, schooling in both Horsham and Reigate. Later she studied Politics at Loughborough University where she played Lacrosse for the Women’s 1st Team as well as being an avid member of the Ski Club. Having skied since she was a child, she decided after graduating to spend two ski seasons in Méribel, France and a summer yacht season based out of Palma, Mallorca – where her passion for high end hospitality was ignited whilst working for Scott Dunn

On return to the UK in 2009 Zoë knew that the Events Industry was where she wanted to progress her career and she joined the small agency, Silverleaf Events for 2 years before moving on to join the Concerto Group as an Account Manager at the Ultimate Experience running a variety of corporate and private events at amazing venues including Old Billingsgate and OXO2

After several years of party planning Zoë decided it was time to work less late evenings and get her Christmases back(!) and joined RCR as a Senior Account Manager working with a host of exciting clients including Cellar Society, Somerset House and the House of Commons. In 2016 she had her first daughter Mia, and on return to work decided she was ready to take on a new and exciting challenge…step in Moriarty!

After being introduced by a mutual industry friend, George invited Zoë to join Moriarty at a very exciting time in the businesses first year. Since then Zoë has been responsible for a variety areas of the business including financial, legal, business strategy alongside supporting the event managers in anything the need in the run up to and post event.

Words from Zoë

After nearly a decade in the Events Industry, and having had my daughter in 2016, I was looking for a new challenge to get my teeth stuck into and was ready to expand my operational business knowledge. Meeting George and hearing about Moriarty and the exciting vision she had for the business I was excited to be part of it! Over a year later I am still thrilled every day by the amazing clients and projects we get to work on and enjoy watching the team and company flourish. Moriarty is going from strength to strength and that is a real credit to Georges drive and the above and beyond service our Event Managers give to our clients. We have a busy few months ahead and I look forward to seeing what 2020 has in store for Team Moriarty!

Pictures of Zoë are at various shoots and events, include our corporate away night at Cowdray House and our Enchanted Easter at The Lanesborough.
