Set in the penthouse at 1 Hotel Mayfair, this intimate dinner was designed to feel entirely at home in its surroundings. Natural textures, reclaimed materials, and soft lighting created a warm, refined atmosphere. The tablescape echoed the space filled with beige-green linen, stone vessels, moss-toned florals, and embossed menus - all positioned around a softly glowing fireplace and sunset views. Each course from Tom Sellers’ Dovetale was paired with a rare Ruinart pour, including Dom Ruinart Rosé Vintage 2007 from Magnum. Even the bathroom was transformed into a visual moment, with an ice-filled Ruinart display framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. A seamless blend of design, detail, and sustainability.
