Moriarty delivered full creative production for HG Capital’s three-day Senior Leadership Gathering at the Bürgenstock Resort. We managed a complete venue takeover, overseeing staging, lighting, florals, tablescaping, and technical delivery across the Ballroom, Spices Terrace, Lakeview Lounge, and RitzCoffier. Key production moments included a full conference build followed by a live three-hour turnaround of the Ballroom into a candlelit gala dinner. Our team managed everything from overnight installs to multi-room transitions, delegate activity setups, and afterparty styling. A dedicated film crew captured the full behind-the-scenes process, highlighting the precision, scale, and design-led execution that defines a Moriarty event.
