We created an immersive evening for The Glen Grant to celebrate Devotion, the 70-year-old single malt whisky and the sculptural masterpiece inspired by the incredible reign of her Late Majesty the Queen that housed it. Embarking on a story-like exploration, guests were immersed in a wooden cask filled with decanters of honey, barley sugar, dried fruits and florals as well as bespoke canapé perfectly complementing the fragrances of the whisky notes. The prototype tables then awaited in which master craftsmen; John Galvin and Brodie Nairn discussed the curation of the bespoke art piece that encased the 70-year-old whisky. The final chapter presented a structural maze of meaningful florals that captured key moments within Queen Elizabeth’s II 70-year reign, from the coronation to her wedding, guests were offered a snippet of history before the highly anticipated reveal. Atmospheric shadows and a grass meadow created the perfect visual to surround the art piece while a speech about Devotion spoken by Her Late Majesty the Queen played as guests entered the gallery. Master Distiller Dennis Malcolm OBE then announced the whisky and gave an incredible speech highlighting the dedication needed for such a monumental moment.
