‘Shaping Materials’ – A celebration of craftsmanship and design mastery

‘Shaping Materials’ was our guiding ethos. It echoes our client’s bold and innovative spirit. A Swiss watchmaker that’s been in business since 1875, their philosophy seamlessly blends tradition with innovation and timeless style with cutting-edge design.

We carried through this spirit to an exclusive press day and evening reception launch event at the recently renovated Old Sessions House. Overlooking Clerkenwell Green, this former 18th Century courthouse oozes French Renaissance style, and provided the ideal backdrop for a showcase of horology. We transformed the space using raw, organic materials, miniature skyscrapers adorned with touches of gold leaf, with bespoke plinths and an artisanal semi-circle dining table. Rugged rock-like textures and subtle metallic accents elegantly provided a platform from which to display the latest product.

Interestingly, the event was aimed specifically at the brand’s younger female client base. Guests were encouraged to be interactive and partake in a watchmaking masterclass to experience the exquisite craftsmanship first-hand. As well as to try on a range of timepieces, with an array of different styles on show.

As day turned tonight the atmosphere transitioned into an intimate and exclusive dinner setting, with a seafood menu created by renowned Michelin-starred Chef, Tom Brown. Echoing the theme of the day, the table setting was expertly curated using striking concrete vases in rock-like formations - juxtaposed with the soft pastel florals and natural, calming hues. Together all elements enhancing the raw, organic aesthetic, whilst portraying a feeling of premium luxury.
