The guiding principle for the JW Marriott at the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic activation was ‘Stay in the Moment’. A mantra we stayed close to ourselves for all elements of event ideation and conceptualisation.
This ethos of living the moment perfectly embodies the unique experience created at the prestigious Hurlingham Club in the lead up to one of the highlights of the British Summer event season - the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.
In keeping with the start of grass-court season, the creative concept was a sustainable summer garden party with a tennis clubhouse twist. Guests were invited to enjoy a range of activities including a live Q&A session with legend of the game Mansour Bahrami, herb picking for seasonal cocktail making, branded photo opportunities, lawn games and of course, tennis.
Aligned with JW Marriott’s brand's values, we used sustainable potted plants and wildflowers intertwined with brand touch-points and coordinated with the brand colour palette. This attention to detail brought the ‘Stay in the Moment’ principle to life - balancing the bold with the serene and creating something worth remembering.
