Welcome to our first Friday night DIY supper club with Moriarty and friends! Over the next few months we hope to keep you inspired with some delicious and easy to cook menus and some creative styling ideas, which we hope you will be able to recreate at home to bring some fun, love and style to your Friday nights in!
We’ve got together with some of our favourite suppliers to offer you everything you need to make your Fri-DIY supper club a success. London based catering company, Spook, have put together a delicious menu suggestion for you, incorporating seasonal and accessible ingredients, with simple but delicious dishes you can easily recreate at home. Your supper club cocktail suggestion comes to you from Cock & Tail. Their aim is to help you create your own fabulous cocktails to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
Henrietta from The Styled Writing co will be sharing her top tips and ideas for adding those little extra touches to your tablescape, from calligraphed menus to fun placement ideas – check out her Instagram for inspiration. No party is complete without entertainment so DJ and co-founder of Disque Music, Dan Browne has kindly pulled together some ambient playlists to accompany your dinner and to provide you with the best Friday night vibes. Last but not least, our Moriarty Founder George, will be sharing her top styling tips on our Instagram on how to create beautiful tablescapes, utilising bits and pieces you may already have at home! As we approach a slightly ‘different’ Easter Weekend, we thought launching the DIY supper club on Good Friday would be perfect to help get your Easter off to the best start possible. Inspired by nature, delicious spring ingredients and beautiful spring flowers, our menu and styling tips are guaranteed to ensure you’re all set for an elegant Easter night in with family or isolation friends.
