Rolex at The National Portrait Gallery

In Spring 2019 we planned & styled a fantastic evening for Rolex, to showcase this season’s new watches and host their top clients. We are one of The National Portrait Gallery’s trusted event planners and we felt that this annual dinner was the perfect opportunity for us to showcase this stunning venue and what we can do! We had long dining tables set in the Victorian Gallery, with the tables being named after Rolex's best watches. In between courses the team wow'd the guests with the new watches, passing them around to be admired. The guests were Rolex's top VIP clients.

The feel of the event was high-end, glamorous, luxury. With the focus of the watches being the centre-point and already being in such an impressive venue we kept our styling relatively simple. Rolex has a jungle design for its watches this year so we used lots of greenery to tie in to Rolex’s renowned branding. We had a jungle wall for guests to have their photograph taken in front of when they first arrived. They then went upstairs to view the gorgeous watches and enjoy a champagne canapés reception. Afterwards, guests were invited downstairs to dine on a gorgeous long table where we used fabulous white roses as a runner, which were stunning, but not too distracting. We styled the table with glass and simple hints of gold, we kept the table linen white with striking branded seat pads in the Rolex green. The gallery can be quite dark so we lit the table with simple but statement lamps down the middle. A luxury dinner which highlighted the star of the show, the incredible Rolex.
